Our church utilizes a Church Management System that allows us to keep important and helpful information on hand. 

By pre-registering your child ahead of time, you can cut down on time spent checking in your child(ren) for their Sunday School class, Sunday Service, Wednesday Night Class, and church sponsored events and trips!

Nursery and Mission Friends aged children use the Check-In System.
  • The parent/guardian will check the child in to their classroom, and two stickers will print out. One will have the child's name, any important health information such as allergies, parent/guardian info, and a security code. The other sticker will be given to the parent/guardian, and will have the security code printed on it.
  • In order for the child to be checked out of their class, the individual must be on the child's approved check out list and have the matching security code. Security codes will be created by the system at random at each check in.
  • The Check-In System will also generate texts to the listed parent/guardian if the child requires assistance. 
Classes of older children will still require registration as their classes use the system for attendance, to note any special needs, disabilities, or medical needs, and to contact the child's parent/guardian for any reason. 
Pre-registration will also help events and conference registrations go quickly and smoothly, as information will pre-populate in known fields. Groups will also utilize the same check-in/check-out features for child safety when events occur off church property and/or out of normal church meeting times. 
The Child Registration Form should be used for children only. The form can be resubmitted for the same child multiple times to update their information as needed.
